I began my career as a healthcare professional as a surgical technologist while pursuing my nursing degree. Initially as a registered Nurse, I specialized in operating room procedures and worked as a pre-operative, circulating, and post-operative nurse while I lived for ten years in Detroit, Michigan.

 

After moving to the Bay Area, I worked with various plastic surgeons as an operating room nurse and I worked as an injector/laser nurse at medical spas. After these years accumulating medical aesthetic experience, I wanted to break out on my own after mastering all the fundamental skills (injecting, using lasers, refining my procedures). In 2007 I decided to open AmoureSkin in Oakland to have a business of my own and provide personalized skin care.
